What we’re looking for
As an early member of our Business Development team, you’ll define and drive Code4rena’s sales and partnerships initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Have a finger on the pulse for industry developments in DeFi, and identify leads who would be a key decision makers in emerging and established protocols.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in new ecosystems and position Code4rena effectively
- Expand and nurture our client portfolio and network of partners — past clients, VCs, angel investors, founders, L1/L2 foundations, etc.
- Independently — and in close collaboration with the rest of the team — manage the full sales cycle.
- Travel, from time to time, to key industry events and conferences for demand generation

- You’re comfortable with ambiguity, and can balance competing priorities and stakeholders at the same time
- You have a pre-existing network of founders, operators, and investors who take you seriously
- You can expertly navigate diverse social and professional environments — from TradFi to degen anons
